The housekeeping was excellent, with our room being clean and tidy upon arrival. the crisp white cotton sheets added a touch of luxury to the room, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep. The heating in the room was efficient, keeping us warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. the electric kettle provided in the room was a thoughtful touch, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottle. The restaurant at the New Gurkha offered delicious Nepalese dishes with delicate flavors that we thoroughly enjoyed. the intimate setting of the restaurant added to the overall charm of the hotel. Although the hotel only has 4 bedrooms, it provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the location was ideal for exploring the nearby hiking trails, and the free parking was convenient for us as we had a car full of belongings. Overall, the New Gurkha offers good value for the price and is a great option for travelers looking for a cozy and clean accommodation with a touch of Nepalese charm. As a traveler with a background, I found the hotel to be a charming representation of traditional hospitality.
